On the 30th of November, the NATO Space COE was on training to improve their acculturation.

Lieutenant-colonel (retired) Alain presented the relationship with NATO and specifically with Allied Command Transformation (ACT) :

• The mission : ACT improves interoperability and military effectiveness through transformation by warfare development;

• The NATO Command structure : how is constituted and the ACT’s position;

• Main topics that could interest the Space COE on his knowledges’ domain.

MAJ Alyssa, COE’s Legal Advisor, presented the Space legal issues :

• What applicable law?

• Application of “Jus ad bellum” and “Jus in bello” principles;

• NATO’s perspective;

• Responsible behaviour in Space
